Keeping every place safe, real, and welcoming.
Draft v0.1 · 14 June 2026
Lokalr connects people to places. That only works if places feel safe and real. These Guidelines apply to everything on Lokalr — posts, photos, video, stories, comments, reactions, profiles, place names, and check-ins — and are part of our Terms. Breaking them can mean content removal, feature limits, or account suspension. Serious violations — especially anything that harms children — lead to immediate removal and reporting to authorities.
No content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualized depictions of minors (real or generated), and sextortion. We remove it, terminate accounts, preserve evidence as required by law, and report to NCMEC and authorities.
Do not attack or dehumanize people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease. Slurs and hateful symbols are not allowed.
Lokalr is not an adult platform. Do not post pornography or sexual content. Some non-sexual nudity (art, breastfeeding, health, cultural/religious contexts) may be allowed and may be limited or age-gated. Sexual content involving minors is never allowed.
You can report any post, comment, story, or account in-app, and block users. Reports are reviewed by automated systems and human moderators, prioritizing imminent harm and child safety. Depending on severity we may limit, hide, or remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal at appeals@lokalr.app.
